What did you like the most about our services?: the massage is the only service I have had but I am definitely going to try the other services in the future
What areas can we improve on?: nothing that I can see. It was extremely relaxing and just what I needed to relieve some stress

The massage was wonderful and Crystal was great always making sure the pressure and scents were what I like and needed. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and will be back in the future. Thank you so much for this wonderful service that you have provided.

What service would you recommend for someone else to try?: manicure, waxing, and tinting (these are the only ones I've tried.
What did you like the most about our services?: Professional, caring, supportive, and williness to work with you.
What areas can we improve on?: Nothing. Everything is great including the soothing music and atmosphere.

Operation Oasis, I try to use these services at every opportunity. Both Krystal and her sister are professional and understanding. It is obvious their first concern is the soldier and their family. Thank you so much.

Operation Oasis, I came to Brook Army Medical Center from a deployment to Iraq, my wife came to look after me. There are many services here at BAMC to help me relax as I recover, however this does not stop me from being concerned about my wife as she cares for me. I am fully aware of the stress she is under as she helps me get well again. The body wriaps that Krystal provided helped me and my wife relax for an afternoon. The knowledge that my wife was being pampered was far more helpful though. Knowing that she could have a few minutes to relax and have someone take care of her warmed my soul. Krystle touched my heart in a very unique way, and in a way she could never know. I thank her for that.

Opeation Oasis, I am currently in the Fisher House, where Krystle comes weekly to do massages. My injuries are extensive, yet she has always been perfect on not hurting but easing more pain than any pain medications I have been on. In fact because of her therapy I was able to get off all of the pain meds completely a whole lot sooner than the surgeons thought possible. I would and have recommended her to any hurt and/ or disable Veteran. She is extremely patient and a very diligent therapist.
